- Question:
Why can some people view the tour, and some people
can not?
- Answer: We chose the Java platform
to deliver high quality virtual tours. Java is needed
on each computer to view a tour and can be downloaded
and installed FREE
by clicking here.
- Another Answer... Some tours are
delivered in Flash, Quicktime, Java, and other formats,
however, we believe Java is an industry standard and
is the choice for companies like Google, Ebay, and
many others.
- Question:
After I place my order, when will the tour be complete?
- Answer: Your order will be completed within 1 week,
or sooner depending on your Seller's preferences.
If your Seller is ready for the photo shoot, we'll
set up a showing through your office and make an appointment
immediately. Just let us know when your Seller is
ready.
- Question:
What kind of equipment do you use?
- Answer: We use a special lens with
a Nikon D70, a step ring, a professional tripod designed
for this use, and a few different special software
programs. Once the photos are taken, the software
turns a 360 degree photo into what you see online.
- Question:
How do I upload the "still" photos to the
MLS?
- ANSWER: It's EASY!! We provide a link for you to
download 2 types of photos. The first type of photo
is for PRINTING. It's a high quality photo that you
can use in fliers, magazines, and other print publication.
The second type is an OPTIMIZED FOR WEB photo for
the MLS and other web applications. Our instructional
manual shows you a few easy clicks to upload your
photo to the MLS. See instruction sheet for information
specific to your MLS provider.
- Question:
Can I customize my fliers with my Agent information?
- ANSWER: Yes! We will use your
photo, if you choose, from the MLS and complete the
flier with YOUR contact information as you so choose.
We'll work out the details of what you want on the
flier once you place your order. Take a look at some
